John Holmes tries to pick up Lesllie Bovee on a beach in Hawaii and winds up enlisted in a plot to murder Bovee's millionaire husband, in a script right out of the classic film noir Double Indemnity.
Of course, Double Indemnity didn't have Bovee fucking Holmes three times, nor did Barbara Stanwyck have a hot daughter (Susan Hart) who's into threeways -- one in a swimming pool with boyfriend Eric Evol (who speaks the immortal line, "The Japanese call this a Jacuzzi." No they don't, Eric....) and Gene Clayton, and later with exercise aficionados Tracy Valdis and Bert Willis.
Of interest to us critic types is the split screen, used occasionally to show both bouncing genitals and ecstatic faces, and for auto buffs, there's Holmes' car with its gull-wing doors, predating the Delorian by a good five years.
Overall, the sex is volcanic, though some scenes are short; Bovee is excellent and looks great, and the little-seen Susan Hart plays the horny teen stepdaughter to the max.
A technical note: there seems to be no main menu, with the disc defaulting to the chapter menu, and though a small camera icon pops up during a couple of the sex scenes, it doesn't appear to signify or do anything.
