Jamie Gillis is a senator investigating the "deep throat" phenomenon, Ron Jeremy is a preacher who rails against it, and Krista Lane is Linda Lovelace's daughter, one of illis' witnesses and his lover, who winds up channeling her mom's spirit during a senate committee meeting where they screen the original movie — an infestation that forms the basis for much of the later action.

Lane is the best thing about the film, even though the sex scenes are as short as most during rhis era were. Her Lovelace-inspired cowgirl and reverse ride on Gillis, with a mish follow-up is hot, and her threeway with two guys she picks up in the park is even better, especially when they're joined by another couple, for plenty of b.j. and horsie action. In fact, Lane is in just about every scene, including some terrific solo action as she confronts "Mom" (who's quite obviously not Lovelace) in the mirror.

What there isn't is much actual "deep throat," though there's lots of sexual action, oral and otherwise, featuring some well-known names like Melissa Melendez and Samantha Strong, but none generate Lane's heat.
