A product of its innocent era, this 1978 film gets as much titillation from the impromptu locker-room nudity of its cheerleader characters as the sex, focusing on a young boob popping out of a tight T-shirt and watching the characters take showers — in groups of three, yet. The plot, such as it is, involves cheerleaders trying to make money to go to Dallas, and the idea of letting guys touch them to make some of that money doesn't come up till a good half-hour in. Although they do fuck some football players in the shower room before that. The sex is enthusiastic and playful, as usual in these 70s Golden Age films, and often unmotivated. So what. You want drama, go rent Shakespeare.
Veteran porn fans will be interested to see young Eric Edwards, Robin Byrd and Herschel Savage as well as The long-gone-from-adult members of the cast.
Technically this disc is way below par, with washed-out images and a jump every time the DVD goes to the next chapter. The sound problems in the echo-filled soundtrack probably date back to the original production.
