Both of these videos were released recently; there is no real excuse for the poor quality, so it must bad transfers. The picture is completely covered with NTSC noise, moire and pixelation. The pixelation is so bad it causes the images on the screen to appear as if they're vibrating when they're not. There is also bad aliasing and edge pixelation which make the picture even more distorted. Both discs claim to be in Dolby 5.1 but are in simple stereo.
