Vacancy is a tale of real estate seduction, starring Ava Courcelles as the top leasing agent who makes sure that every lady she comes across comes.

The bathroom scene, featuring Ena Sweet opposite Courcelles, is a standout among all of the stunning and realistic girl/girl action. Sweet embodies her own name and demonstrates a hint of innocence as Courcelles works her powers over her. This is not to say this is the only scene worth watching. Busty French co-star Anissa Kate is all-natural and extremely passionate with her gal pal. Talia Mint and Erica Fontes hold their own with their respective scenes as well.

Stunning and light, the camerawork takes precedence to the story itself, and the sex, fortunately, is the best part of this foreign, all-girl offering. Courcelles is statuesque and a natural when it comes to the art of seduction, which is emphasized in every scene. The women in this movie seem to have been grown on beautiful trees, plucked at the peak of season and showered with each other—upping their own value.
