Very cool slasher film opening, but the opening promises so much more than this video can deliver.
John Chasm plays a serial killer who kidnaps and tortures his victims at knifepoint. He doesn't exactly look like a schoolboy, but he ends up being more annoying than scary. Lack of menacing attitude aside, he also lacks the pizzazz necessary to keep this video moving at more than the slow crawl that it is.
It is a good concept, and had the production values been a bit more up to par it would have been a much more convincing video. The harsh lighting and boring location also distracts from the fun. More promising though are the very pretty girls that weave throughout this tape. They more than make up in looks what they lack in energy as they squirm and whimper as if someone was threatening them with a feather. Even in the more violent scene with the second redhead who is asphyxiated with a plastic bag while the first victim watches, there is barely enough commotion to make you feel that something is actually happening.
The action is light though the set-ups border on snuff with at least one of the girls shown to be in her death throes. However in videos of this type, there needs to be a feeling of realism and this tape just lacks the heat, intensity and eroticism to be all that it could be.
