This tale of a woman about to be married is a bit disjointed in the way that it is shot and put together. It is cleverly done with interesting bits of story told in detached, one-on-one interviews with the camera with character explaining their feelings about Lauren, the title character.
The editing of the sex misses many key beats such as deciding to leave a shot of a girl mid-orgasm and cutting to something else in the scene or leaving an interesting looking blowjob or a great angle of a fuck too quickly. Some of the slowed-down, blurry, art school-esque camera effects detract from the heat of the scenes unnecessarily.
The acting is bit wooden, which also stalls things a bit. The sex never really hits the marks because of this, although there is some pretty stuff here, including a scene with Rebecca Starr and Nacho Vidal where she is obviously enjoying herself getting her pussy filled in doggie while another couple plays close by, and an opening girl/girler with Carolyn Monroe corrupting Starr.
