Sex,Wives and Videotape is a fantastic fuckin' title - for aparody flick, circa 1989. Not only does it sound anachronistic ("What in the hellis videotape, anyway?" Ask the youngsters.) it also unspools that way. Tate playsa guy whose all-consuming fetish would have him spy on others instead ofslipping it to his beautiful wife. She, in turn, publicly berates the guy ata dinner party for not slipping it to her!

This leads into a tastyfoursome with the hosts. In fact it breaks the wispy theme by having the leadphysically engage, rather than voyeuristically satisfy, his impulses.Elsewhere, this release is uneven on a few fronts: passion, videography anda satisfying conclusion. Viv's wrap up is quick, confusing and a bit of a downer.Natural/unfamiliar girls add a little pizzazz to the proceedings.
