When customers grab a title called The World's Only Squirting Midget, odds are pretty good they were looking to get exactly what's inside.

This is a double-edged sword. Midget fetishists will probably rejoice to find Stella Marie, the titular squirting little person. Of course, she's the only young lady in this title, so it can be a little monotonous after a while, even when she's squirting.

Still, customers know what they're in for when they lay their hands on this one. It's competently made, if not amazingly exciting, which all adds up to average.
