Those tempted to think that the title refers to a real city populated by sluts may be disappointed to learn that "Sluts" is used here as an acronym for Sexy Ladies, Undercover Tramps. Of course, a city full of those has its possibilities, too.

The obvious reigning queen of this city's sluts is blonde Zsa Zsa Kovacs, who only has one dress but doesn't stay in it long enough to much matter.
