A realtor theme connects the five all-girl lickfests in this release. The best we can say is that the talent is attractive, and there are some good pairings. But it's mostly a dull bunch.

The standout is Haley Paige showing a house to potential buyer Malibu (though why Paige is wearing only a tank top and bikini panties is anyone's guess); both get distracted by the dildos on the bureau, leading to plenty of oral lesbo action.

Purported to be made "by a woman for women," this is so dumbed-down it would probably at the least bore, and at worst offend, female viewers. Embarrassingly lame dialogue and overly long setups ruin the mood, the sex is lackluster, and the camerawork is clumsy. There seems to have been a lack of effort to make this interesting, sensual, intelligent or even hot - qualities that attract women audiences. Even as straight male fare, it's barely passable.
