Chad Belville earned a BA in Economics and a second in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and his law degree from the University of North Dakota. He served as an elected county attorney in Iowa, in house counsel for a real estate title company and as a partner in a litigation firm before establishing a solo practice focusing on adult entertainment issues. He has studied International Law at the University of Oslo in Norway and served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Arizona chapter of the ACLU. Chad currently lives and practices in Phoenix, Arizona.
