An unseen narrator entices a street-trade skater dude and his buddies to disrobe and have sex for cash. Kee, the skater dude, is a dark-haired, droopy-eyed, average-looking guy with an uncertain history (in the first scene, he's supposedly a high school senior about to graduate, and then in the very next scene he's a Marine who has just returned from Iraq). His buddies are mostly surly, even though they gamely follow the narrator's directions. The action is almost entirely limited to solo jerk-offs, but there are a few oral scenes, with mouth action provided by an anonymous sucker wearing a creepy black ski mask.
