This production trades on uniform and cigar fetishes but goes nowhere fast. A bunch of middle-aged guys sit around pretending to be off-duty cops shooting the breeze. Editing? Forget it -- this baby was shot in real time. There's one camera and one angle; it keeps zooming in and out, in and out, but for no apparent reason -- there's nothing to look at.
