Lots of surreptitious sex is going on in this video, and that's because the guy who's watching from the backroom has a lot to hide. Jim Steel, not a stranger to message videos in porn, tackles the closeted actor and drags him (or her) to shame in this well-directed video. Carl Radford plays Ted Shands, the sexy closeted actor, and Zak Spears is his macho bodyguard, and yes, there's a male "mistress" (Cort Stevens) waiting in the wings, while the actor plans to marry actress Sylvia Davis.

Throw in a best friend, Jason Andrews, who takes pictures of the actor in bed, a cast including Andrews, Stevens and Brian Anger, and a bitchy gossip columnist hysterically played by Bruno, and it's an intriguing coming-out story. Cort and Carl's sex scene is classic because of the finger-fucking and the dialogue, although it seems to go a bit long.

Some great inside jokes are thrown in, like Bruno saying, "If she yells 'security' one more time, I'm gonna spit," which is a reference to his friend, gay comic ANT. Then, Jim Steel does his Hitchcock appearance in the crowd scene where Bruno waves to Steel and Chi Chi LaRue saying, "Love that muu muu."

The video has a few sloppy editing goofs (repeated lines, repeated scenes) and the story leaves the view­er with an unsatisfied ending. Overall, though, it makes for great viewing.

I'm hoping that there's a sequel because too many loose ends are left. Are they going to get together? What is Zak Spears' mysterious plan? Will Bruno (as Rex Barrister) expose the actor? I can hardly wait.
