Willy's in jail and his buddies want him out in time for a party. Willy is the boxcover model B.J. Slater, pictured jumping out of the pool like some sea mammal – just like the similarly titled feature film.

There's nice shadow work with the camera and some decent ad-libbing in the jail cell at the end with the warden – who wants to keep his boy-toy nearby. That's Vincent Scott with the goatee and flak jacket, and cute Elec Voughn is with the short-cropped dark hair, and the only other notable is young Rick Rogue doing some forced shoe licking.
