A landlord pounds three tenants for being late with the rent, and a coach who lives in the same building spanks a student and then gets blackmailed into receiving a spanking himself.  Got it?  The Melrose Place atmosphere makes for a pleasant diversion.  Also, this is one of the few Control T Studios titles to list cast and directorial credits.
