An ordinary day at the Brazilian precinct begins with cops showering together. Not much of a surprise here. Two cops pair off to begin patrol and two pair off to begin exploring each other.

A couple of criminals steal a car and head back to what appears to be a hotel. One of them hides in a storage room, while the other goes to his lover's room and fucks the lover silly. Why the fellow criminal wasn't invited to join in is never explained. Three cops arrive, one of them fucks a random hotel guest, while the other two cops find the second criminal in the storage room. They make him suck their dicks as they probe him with their nightsticks. Both criminals are apprehended and taken into custody. All in a day's work for the Brazilian policemen!
