Officer Manly is an African-American peace officer trying to make a difference in his community. An armlock on a white resident taking home defense tips from him turns to licking and it just keeps going from there. Good pacing and interactions combined with attractive combinations and some switch action on Officer Manly's part makes this a worthwhile viewing selection.
