Drew Peters is a beautiful boy who clearly loves bondage and suffers delectably in it. Unfortunately, Top man Cougar Cash does not rise to the occasion in this latest Grapik Art Production offering.

Grapik usually gives viewers tasty young boys in tight bondage getting serious punishment. Peters is one of the studio's better slaves - young, fresh and submissive. Director McGurk has tied this boy up in some wonderful positions, and he often looks great. But Cash, the veteran of innumerable B&D videos, appears tired and uninterested, and his handling of Peters is unimaginative. The best scene has Peters in suspension bondage getting a butt-and-ball whipping, but the video sinks from there.
