They're giving out certificates to gay soldiers in other parts of the world! That's what it seems like anyway, in this voyeuristic peek at a camp of randy men stationed somewhere in an Eastern bloc countryside.
Taking a break from their actual military duties, these soldiers talk in their native tongues about how sexually frustrated they are, and that gets their fatigues standing at attention.
Doctor Janos Volt lets his examinations get a bit out of hand, especially when he lets his fingers do the walking inside wide-eyed Andras Brandl's butt. And it's a very realistic barracks set which has the best scene between cute, buffed boyish blond, Antal Posza, and his buddy, Jakob Kormos. They're sharing an intimate smoke, talking about their girlfriends, when one of them drops an ash on some nearby paint cans and sets the place ablaze. They pull out fire extinguishers, which puts out the fire - but not between them. Later, three guys sit around and peel potatoes in the great outdoors until they peel each other's clothes off. And, in another great scene, dashingly handsome high-ranking Peter Kriszta explains to Serge Istavan and Colby Tavers how to use their weapons. Their threesome is enough to make any pistol explode.
