The mere idea of seeing naked dudes is no big deal to your average smut hound. It's usually what they do in their nakedness that's a turn-on. However, this is seemingly not the case for the readers of Naked Magazine. Without having the benefit of examining a copy, the publication apparently carries "true story" letters from readers, which include nudists and male nude admirers.

Thus, the Naked Video series serves as a video aid to go along with the magazine tales. The tapes feature fresh, attractive male models who re-create stories up until the point of sex. Soothing music and narrative voice-overs allow them to avoid delving into dialogue.

Though the content is mostly softcore, an occasional boner does pop up. Vol. 2.5 presents a couple of eye-popping hard-ons in two of the tales. The hottest example is seen in Vol. 3.1 in a story called Lawn Man. Here, a voyeuristic homeowner strokes his big straining rod with such intensity, for a moment we think he might cross the line with a pop shot. In the same volume, the no-dialogue rule is bent in Guest House II, where a young man from Nebraska encounters a camcorder-carrying seducer at a Florida resort. There is no explicit sucking or simulated sex, but the frothing gets pretty hot in Vol. 3.2's Morning Delivery, where a paperboy and client get randy in bed and flash some nice stiffies. Vol. 3.3 is the softest of softcore, as the depictions are all pretty tame.
