Santiago Romero directed Latino Nights. There are dozens more cast members than can be listed in these four short, warm-weather, leftover disks with a combined running time of four and three-quarter hours: Big Boys of Summer, 1986, Cruising Park, 1992, Knight Heat, 1994, and Latino Nights: Noches Latinos, 1992. Essentially, school’s out! Solos, duos, trios, long hair, mustaches, smooth youths, body-builders, tanlines, swimming pools, cruising in tank-tops and short-shorts in a forest apparently free of bugs, melancholy narrations, romancing in front of fireplaces without getting rug-burns, more than the usual supply of blonds until you get to the mostly (but not entirely) brunet confines of Latino Nights, and, oh yes, miles and miles of crotch close-ups with swinging balls, pumping pricks, moist stretched mouths, and messy, messy climaxes. Color ranges from the almost 1940s Technicolor look of sunstruck Cruising Park to washed-out, home-video pinks and browns in Latino Nights. Big Boys of Summer has a wee bit of unprotected sex in it.

RETAILING: Four reissues from 1986 through 1994 have lots of nostalgia and lots of lazy dog-days nookie.
