What in the world! A red-suited villain named Eko threatens something or other in very garbled sound recording, and two stunning bodybuilders (one bald, one Beatles-haired) strip down to Unico underwear, then climb into Lycra and Spandex and become some sort of superheroes. With much more imagination than money, Eko knocks them out with "sonic waves" and forces them to masturbate in a steam room, one flashing a Prince Albert. How this saves or enslaves the world isn't quite clear, but the heroes look superb struggling in bondage, then beating their artistically lit meat. Three other short-short stories (you do not want to hear the plots) with different superheroes (you do want to see the costumes) are just as silly, slick and sexy. Color, style and humor replace budget.
