Director John Bruno’s work may be hit or miss, but it’s always creative and gritty. His latest sleaze-fest takes its inspiration from mainstream crime dramas like Profiler and Medium. The film’s centerpiece, a convincing Tim Towers, has the unique ability to visualize a man’s misdeeds by giving him head. Detective Kristian Alvarez puts Towers’ psychic abilities to the test, lining up three criminal suspects and challenging Towers to sniff out the prime suspect. It’s a strange way to nab a sex offender, but nonetheless makes for some excellent viewing. Park Wiley gives the film’s standout performance as a man surprised then sexually brutalized by a ruthless Dean Campbell. Line-Up finishes strong with Towers being seduced by Alvarez, noisily fucked atop the detective’s desk.

RETAILING: Provocative DVD sleeve and the Mustang brand are enough to make this one fly off shelves. Anticipate energetic sales.
