With zero star power, passable production values, and only average good looks, Ladislav Bajner and Karal Gonda are essentially screwed from the moment they step in front of the camera. Boom Boom is entirely their film, one long and torturous segment in one boring venue. For the first several minutes the two models, a blond and a brunet, sit across from each other reading magazines in stony silence. The set-up has all the sizzle of watching on-duty librarians. When the models do eventually get together, what's intended to be romance comes off as uncertainty. The sex is formulaic, and excepting the briefest moments of one-sided dildo-play, this is strictly by-the-numbers porn. Boom Boom would have faired better had it been edited down and placed in the context of a larger, more robust film.
Retailing: One scene, two models, under an hour equals limited appeal except to viewers hungry for all things European.
