Reviews

Originally released as a bonus disc with Raging Stallion's Passport to Paradise, this documentary takes a behind-the-scenes look at the making of that film. It's a fun look at the atmosphere on the set, but it works a lot better as a bonus disc than a stand alone. At just 43 minutes, it doesn't have quite the oomph and meat that a documentary should have, but it nonetheless is worth a look no matter how it's presented. The true star here is Enrico Vega, who provides the best insights, chat, and humor throughout the film. Whether he's professing his love for oral sex and providing fluffing services, dry-humping a stuffed-alien toy, or talking about a cruising experience at Filene's Basement that ended with him getting caught with his dick out ("I felt like I had to buy something," he says in guilt), he is the life behind the narrative. Vega is a funny, friendly stud who provides an invigorating, humorous dialogue with the camera and his handsome co-stars (Miguel Leonn, always a joy to look at, gets a few laughs himself when talking about his lonely dog). Action sequences from the film are scattered among the interview clips and behind-the-scenes shots. Comments from crew members like Michael Brandon, photographer Kent Taylor, and grip Ben Leon add extra insight (Passport director Chris Ward never addresses the camera directly, but is filmed directing or talking to his cast). The back cover may confuse consumers into thinking this is a more all-encompassing look at Raging Stallion, but they will still be pleased with what they find.
