Another fantasy-come-true story, this one focuses on Wes Daniels and his magic headphones.  But budgetary limitations allow no room for elaboration, cleverness, or imagination.  The only redeeming factor is a consistently superior cast, with moments of genuinely hot action.  Each scene, in fact, starts out well, but soon fizzles into mediocrity.  Excellent packaging, with a knockout photo of Daniels.
