Here's a new one: a porn video presented as if it were one of those insufferable, inescapable "infomercials" that populate late-night cable TV.  To be sure, "Emissions Impossible" pitchman Michael Brawn has what it takes to make a convincing host, with his glossy good looks, penetrating eyes, deep voice and flawlessly unctuous delivery - he could use this tape as his audition to get a job at the shopping network, or maybe selling psychic real estate.

The sex scenes are also quite good, featuring a largely French Canadian cast of handsome young hunks.  Arrogant and well-endowed Jean-Claude Laroque is a stand-out, especially in his peepshow scene with accommodating Michel D'Amours.  Denis Lambert joins Brawn for a ski tryst, Sylvain Symard and Yan Moreau star in a fire-and-ice duet with some sophisticated video imagery, and there's a group scene to cap things off with Laroque, Brawn, Rod Majors, Lee Bowman and Claude Jourdan.  But the connection between the Emissions Impossible service (promising fulfillment of any sexual fantasy) and the actual sex scenes is never quite believable, partly because the situations could hardly be anyone's "wildest fantasy", so the video seems to be running on two tracks from beginning to end.  It's not particularly irritating, just unconvincing, but still more fun to watch than any real infomercial.
