Bed-and-breakfast owners Luc and Chip don't see eye-to-eye on how to run the place.  Chip wants monogrammed toilet paper, Luc wants to cut corners.  What they agree on is giving their clientele amenities like condoms and lube in every room and punch-button porn videos.

In such an atmosphere, sex is just bound to happen.  Luc, called on to fix a plugged drain, cleans out Shane Sutton's plumbing as well.  Houseboy Peter Dixon services both guest Mac Adams and chef Marc Saber.  When Chaz Carlton and Miles West, relaxing in their room, decide to take in a video and discuss the options, director Thomas takes the opportunity to poke some fun at the competition, including fellow Catalina director Chi Chi LaRue, and at pretentious video reviewers - ouch!  There's nothing particularly original or stirring in Room Service, but it's an amiable outing with a gay sensibility and a lively pace.
