Thompson, an angelic pilot with supernatural powers, takes Anthony under his wing in more ways than one as he spouts philosophy and meddles into the lives of his passengers. Standout scenes include one with reconciling longtime lovers Jennings and Horne, and the final scene with Anthony and Summers who passionately consummate their budding romance in a restaurant stockroom. Winged also contains two mediocre threeways, with one taking place in the middle of a restaurant. Miss Trixie Délish's role as Thompson's nemesis creates a few comical moments, plus the engaging music by Rock Hard is a nice departure retro grooves often used in porn. The video does contains a few sound problems and sitting through Thompson's Cracker Jack psychology and corny one-liners could sometimes be a tormenting task, thus making the VCR's fast forward feature and extremely desirable option.
