Writer/director Jack Simmons is joining the ranks of the pornstars behind the camera. The Corporate Ladder is a smart and tidy tape. Plot-heavy material need not detract from hot sex, and Simmons maintains a focus on the sex while developing his narrative.

John Ross is clawing his way to the top of a company corruptly run by Doug Jeffries who shows his true colors when he takes sexual advantage of Brian Hansen before rejecting his job application. Drew Andrews enjoys a nice work break in the bowels of the company when he stumbles upon newly-hired maintenance personnel Dax Kelly and Mark Kroner fraternizing in the basement. He joins them without a second's thought in a pre-nom worthy threeway. After exposing Jeffries' incompetence, Ross seals his new position in the arms of company president Sam Crockett.

Simmons writing deserves a pre-nom; music by Sharon Kane maintains her status as gay porn's sound diva.
