Internal Affairs centers around a full-blown narrative of corruption in the police force and the illegal street trafficking of male potency drugs.

Paul Carrigan puts in a good performance as a police chief with a penchant for voyeurism via the two-way surveillance mirror. Cody Tyler is Tex the pusher.  The plot takes more from the drama of film noir than it does from Bad Lieutenant.  The videography is stylish without being intrusive, and should be duly noted as a pre-nom possibility.
