As cop fetish tapes go, this one ain't bad, mostly because of a steamy opening scene in which Michael Brandon's formidable piece teaches Michael Vista a major lesson. He also gets the fact that to make the fetish work you gotta keep the uniform on for as long as possible. The rest is the cigar-chomping chubby stuff that is par for the course in this genre and done reasonably well.
