The first third of this feature is nothing more than Chad Conners preening for the camera (mostly clothed). Things improve in the second third as familiar (though uncredited) performers join him for some solo jack off/tickling action. It's only in the last 15 minutes that things really sizzle as the awesome blond cover boy harpoons Conners deftly.

Overall, a mixed bag of goods. Reasonable production value, though they hardly compensate for the lack of dependable content.
