The opening scene of the horny bear in the shower sets up the uniform fetish motif when Mickey Squires begins to get dressed. He sniffs his motorcycle pants and rubs his badge on his nipples. Ready for work, he telephones his buddy Rob Jones, and meets him in a bar. It seems Squires is no longer a motorcycle cop, but has been promoted to internal affairs and has been assigned to investigate the exchange of sexual favors for leniency towards suspects. Meanwhile, elsewhere in the city, three cops revoke tickets by getting blowjobs and pieces of tail. Finally, officer Squires gets his buddy off the investigation hook by offering a piece (of ass) settlement.
