It seems like director Jett Blakk wanted to make a leather version of The General's Daughter, this time with a new Captain curiously investigating the abrupt departure of his predecessor. He finds a diary that details a secret leather society that keeps things on the base in check. The problem is the scenes seem tacked on. Sam Crockett's leader of the illicit group doesn't fire up much menace, the bondage seems non-binding, and performers in the leather scenes are not seen on base to establish them. This promising premise has the look, but not the feeling.
