Too much of a mediocre thing. Three corrupt (and under-rehearsed) cops fuck victims and perps alike. Perps and victims all seem to live in the same motel room, and have a lot of time on their hands. The less said about the three mercifully short "acting" scenes and the overlong sexual scenes, the better. However, lanky Lyle Lovett look-alike Tony Akins (the soldier who fell off the bed in Sweet Homo Alabama) is as much fun to watch as ever when he laughs at the director's instructions, grins at the camera, and then sucks, rims, and fucks like a mule on Viagra.
