This is a rarity in gay porn today, a well-thought-out story that is delivered with care and class, bolstered by an interesting script and solid performances. Mainstream Hollywood's The Ring, whose ad slogan was "First you see the ring, then you die," was given a delicious twist by writer/director Wash West whose gay version is summed up by "First you see the hole, then you're gay." The transfer is spot on, with a crisp clear picture. Light in extras, this still gets a pre-nom for Best Gay DVD.
