Pleasure product manufacturer Doc Johnson got its start in 1976, when Ron Braverman bought a small adult novelty company in North Hollywood, California. Braverman had a vision. He knew what he wanted to create and what he wanted to do with the company and its products. But no one, probably not even Braverman himself, could have imagined the powerhouse Doc Johnson would become four decades later. AVN mark the manufacturer's 40th anniversary in its July issue, which is available online.
