LOS ANGELES—Nominations for the 2019 AVN Awards were announced last week at a gala celebration at the Avalon Ballroom in Los Angeles, and Lauren Phillips received a nom in one of AVN's more unusual (though to some, the most coveted) categories: Most Outrageous Sex Scene.
Being recognized is for her scene with Codi Vore and Robby Echo in Jurassic Wood: Swollen Dingdong (WoodRocket/Pornhub Premium). A parody of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the movie features hybrid porn stars/dinosaurs. Lauren does not play a hybrid, but rather a sexy version of her redheaded self, who gets to show off both her acting and fucking talents.
“I adored everything about that movie and I’m so happy for the nomination,” Lauren said. “The movie worked with so many things I love. It’s hilarious and sexy and one of the year’s most fun parodies, but most importantly, it really delivered on the sex. This was a wild scene and if you haven’t seen it already, get on it!”
She also starred in Lesbian Adventures: Older Women Younger Girls 12 (Sweetheart/Mile High), which is nominated for Best Older Woman/Younger Girl Movie.
This Tuesday, November 20, Lauren will be taking over the AVN Snapchat account. This ain’t the girl’s first Snapchat takeover rodeo (and she is a mistress of social media), so it's bound to be an amazing day. The AVN Snapchat is under the handle AVNMagazine.
