LOS ANGELES—Newcomer Whitney Wright, a nominee for AVN's Best New Starlet award in 2018, has been cast in two star showcase titles directed by Kay Brandt for Adam & Eve Pictures, set for release later this year.
The rising starlet has been cast as the heroine in The Seduction, a dark BDSM fantasy based on the best-selling erotic romance novel by Selena Kitt, Heidi and the Kaiser. The film explores a complicated and passionate relationship between a fashion CEO (Ryan Driller) and his new assistant (Wright). The film will begin production in April.
"When I read the book by Selena Kitt, I kept seeing Whitney in the lead role of Heidi and I knew I had to hire to play the part,” said Brandt. “She's a believable, sincere and honest performer who isn't afraid to reveal herself completely. I'm very excited to direct her in this feature, as a young woman having a sexual awakening as she willingly enters into a dom/sub relationship with an older, more experienced man."
Wright has recently completed production on Brandt’s big-budget all-girl Adam & Eve feature, Unleashed, filmed last month alongside Elena Koshka, Riley Nixon and Eden Sin.
"I'd been wanting to cast Whitney in one of my projects, and when Adam & Eve asked me to direct this multi-starlet all-girl extravaganza, she was at the top of my list,” added Brandt. “I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her performance. She's in two of the five scenes and shows a remarkable range of being dominant with a strap-on in one, and then as a total submissive in the other.
“In between the scenes, Whitney was funny, lively, and incredibly charming. She's a very special girl and I look forward to casting her in more of my projects."
