VXPages to Host Adult Industry Master Class Webinar on April 23

NEW YORK—In an effort to support the adult industry, VXPages is launching a free "Adult Industry Master Class Webinar" for  industry members working online due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The class will stream live on Thursday, April 23 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. EST.

The event, hosted by Nikki Night and VXPages training and development specialist Ramona Flour, will feature a coaching crash course in webcam, content creation, digital marketing, branding, cyber security and safety, self shooting and editing, reevaluating your relationship with social media post-FOSTA/SESTA, platform selection, monetizing online traffic, affiliate programs, a live question-and-answer session and techniques to get those fanbases moved online.

“I think this period teaches us that we need to grow also independently, to learn more skills and to create a space in this business where we can be more in control," said Ruxandra Tataru, Business Development at VXPages. "Having a personal website is like your own business, that gives you a lot of responsibilities but also the freedom of creating and managing it. This webinar will teach the content creators and performers how to monetize better their fanbase. The VXPages coaches Nikki and Ramona will be their guide, being two of the most experienced coaches in the industry will have many tips and tricks to share.”

VXPages reminds performers to consider these COVID-19 sexual health reminders from the New York City Health Department:

1. You are your safest sex partner. Masturbation will not spread COVID-19, especially if you wash your hands (and any sex toys) with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after sex.
2. The next safest partner is someone you live with. Having close contact including sex with only a small circle of people helps prevent spreading COVID-19.
3. Avoid close contact with anyone outside your household. You should avoid close contact including sex with anyone outside of your household. If you do have sex with others, have as few partners as possible. If you usually meet your sex parnters online or make a living by having sex, consider taking a break from in-person dates! Video dates, sexting or chat rooms may be options for you.
