HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Tanya Tate has been tapped with multiple AVN Award nominations for her popular, well-received work. Since making the transition to a “girls only” performer, Tanya has made a name for herself in the genre. Propelled by her directorial efforts for Filly Films and Smash Pictures, Tanya has proven she is one of the most solid girl/girl performers in the industry. Hot on the heels of her XRCO win for Best Lesbian Performer, Tanya is now a contender for the counterpart title in the AVN Awards.
“I’m very proud of the work I’ve done,” said Tanya. “I truly enjoy my job. I get to have sex with beautiful women every day I’m on set. In addition to an AVN Awards All-Girl Performer of the Year nomination, two “all-girl” movies Tanya directed were given their own accolades. Girl Fiction from Smash Pictures and Lesbian Family Affair 3 from Filly Films/Combat Zone have both attained nominations in AVN’s Best Older Woman/Younger Girl Movie category.
