With her first-ever AVN win under her belt, the brunette is enjoying her best year yet. In addition to her new trophy, Rose also won critical and fan acclaim earlier this year for her star turn in ‘Work it Out,’ from the AVN Award-winning Adult Time series Shape of Beauty.
