LOS ANGELES — Society 15 has signed newcomer Kate Kennedy to their female talent roster.
Kennedy started in the industry last year as a production assistant and marketing coordinator for Insex in Portland, OR before transitioning into shooting full time last month. Prior to signing with the agency, most of her work has been in fetish, bondage, and BDSM modeling. She decided to pursue mainstream porn after realizing it was a bigger market for her girl next door looks and petite, athletic figure (she’s only 5’1).
Kennedy, briefly known as Kate Kenzi, is looking forward to branching out and working with both male and female talent, as well as honing her acting chops. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog, drinking beer, and spending time with friends.
“I’m also a woodworker. I restore old furniture, which is ironic and hilarious. I work with wood on and off set,” says Kennedy.
Kate will be moving to LA permanently in July and is available for bookings June 15. She decided to sign with Society 15 after taking meetings with a few agencies.
“I felt like Randy and Kendra were both very sweet and responsive. They were willing to work with me and give me solid advice. From day one, I’ve felt they have my best interests at heart, not only as a performer but as a person, and that was very important to me,” says Kennedy. “I like to surround myself with good people.”
