CYBERSPACE—Maxine Lynn's Sex Tech Connect, the website where sex tech professionals and followers can meet up, has announced that it will be throwing a virtual holiday party at Noon ET/ 9 a.m. PT on Sunday, Dec. 13. Adult industry members, no matter what their verticals, are welcome to attend together on a virtual platform to, as Lynn puts it, "shake off the challenges of 2020 with a drink of their choice and fun conversation with others working in Sex Tech and related industries."
"We'll celebrate our accomplishments from this year, and cheers to the New Year," Lynn explained. "The theme will be holiday hats, so we ask that attendees wear some fun headwear to show off for the camera. Everyone who wears a hat will be entered into a contest for best hat. People can cast their secret vote during the event for the winner. At 1 p.m., we will announce the first ever Sex Tech Connect ‘holiday hat champion’ who will receive a $25 Visa gift card donated by Stript Erotic Designs."
The sexual wellness industry expanded greatly in the wake of the COVID-19 lockdowns, and Sex Tech Connect held its first show in late May as a way to keep people "in the biz" connected and networking. During the party, attendees will celebrate the success of the community and the achievements of the people in it.
