Mr. and Ms. Sanctuary Leather will be selected by a panel of judges from Sanctuary’s leather family. Once selected, these titleholders are tasked with representing leather values, including education and outreach projects in the surrounding communities. Mr. and Ms. Sanctuary Leather will represent Sanctuary at local, national, and international leather events, wearing the official sash or back patch and medallion. They will also attend Sanctuary fundraisers, DomCon Los Angeles, and may be called upon to be the face of Sanctuary LAX, and the BDSM community in the press.

The winners will go on to compete with other representatives from leather bars, and groups to represent the leather community on a local, state and international level. These competitions call attention to causes in the gay, lesbian, trans and BDSM communities.

Competitors should be active in leather and BDSM. They should be a positive voice in the community, supportive of their peers, and supportive of those in need.
