LOS ANGELES—Plus-size model and content creator Romi Chase claimed the AltStar Award for Best Premium Social Media Star.

I always wanted to embrace my alternative lifestyle but where I am from it was suppressed. I quickly got tattoos, started experimenting with hair colors and that led me to see my curvy body is something I can be proud of; I no longer wanted to hide my body, I wanted to show it off!
