HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Multi-award-winning French Canadian adult director and writer Ricky Greenwood was a recent guest on the "Holly Randall Unfiltered" podcast hosted by director, photographer, and host Holly Randall.
In the "Holly Randall Unfiltered episode #290: Ricky Greenwood: Horror Porn, Nunsploitation & Lube-Covered Houses," Greenwood sits down in an exclusive interview that runs almost 90 minutes. The interview opens with Randall and Greenwood discussing his accomplishments, including winning Best Director in 2022 and the Grand Reel in 2023 and working in the mainstream before making the leap to adult. Greenwood also discusses his directing style and how he uses his camera, his favorite movies he’s made, combining horror elements and porn and keeping it sexy, giving sex lessons to a performer on set, and much more. Randall and Greenwood end the interview talking about Greenwood's upcoming projects this year, including a Digital Playground feature which is an homage to his friend, Robby D.
Greenwood said, "I’ve always wanted to do Holly’s podcast, and I’m glad I did. It was awesome to be interviewed by another director who doesn’t ask the typical questions. I’ve never had an interviewer ask me about burnout, what kind of camera I use, and how I film. I hope my fans and industry friends enjoy watching and/or listening to it."
